I have started consistently losing weight since taking these. Nothing else in my diet or exercise routine has changed except this supplement so it has to be down to this. I only take 2 a day in the morning, before food, as when I tried taking 4 as recommended (2 morning/ 2 evening) they made me feel quite nauseous which I’ve since read is normal if you’re not used to taking inositol so I would recommend bearing that in mind, and they have made me a bit bloated, again as not used to taking inositol but the scale doesn’t lie ☺️

Prompt delivery, they came in a great sealed pouch thing that re-seals and I like so much better than the pots most supplements come in, and great experience with the actual supplement so far. I’d definitely buy again.

The reviews really got me interested in these tablets. I suspect I have PCOS, but trying to get a doctor to do anything about it is like winning the lottery. I thought I would try these and see if I notice any improvements. I've only been taking them a few days now, so it's too early to tell, so I will update soon. The recommended dose is 2 tablets twice per day, but I personally am starting off with 1 tablet twice per day, so these will last me 2 months, which is great value for money.

I have very irregular periods and I am extremely sensitive to contraception pills. Last time when I had emergency pill (which I use maybe once in a year), it disturbed my whole cycle! I didnt have period for months. When I started this product, I had my period and the next month was on time again. It also makes me feel good and I have high energy so definitely effective. However, it does take time to work when I compared to other brands with similar dose. The reason I specifically bought this product was because it had both myo and d chiro inositol in capsule form (so premeasured amount) and easy to take. But they are big capsules! I think if they could change capsules (into a smaller one) it would be a lot better

First month using this brand and value for money is just really amazing especially having lots of vitamin expenses when it comes to PCOS. Really no side effects or anything coming back on me when drinking the vitamins. Only thing I wish is for the product to not be out of stock so often. So far I think the quality is really good.

Absolutely incredible! Only been taking them for a week but let me tell you! Incredible! Been ttc for over a year and never had a positive ovulation test. Well today I did!I’m less moody and have so much more energy. It’s like I’m a new person. If you have the spare money then definitely buy these! The price is incredible for what you’re getting. They’re not small but they’re easy to swallow!

My period came after a week of taking it. My mood is greatly improved, my libido has improved greatly. I take four daily. Good value for money. Size is quite big.
