Natural / herbal remedies always seemed a nice way to try and support my health, so I thought I'd give a berberine supplement a try to support with my cholesterol levels. So far, they have been brilliant. They are super high strength and fit into my daily routine perfectly with just one capsule per day. This berberine high strength supplement is definitely going to be a staple in my cupboard from now on!

I was looking for a berberine supplement to support my overall wellbeing, and after searching for a while, I came across these. They are extremely good value for money given that one pough will last me three months, but also high strength with 2000mg per capsule! I have been taking them for a few weeks now, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my general health. Thoroughly recommended high strength berberine supplement!

I have been taking this supplement for two weeks now and so far haven’t seen any changes in my blood sugar. I do get a lot of stomach cramps and diarrhoea as the instructions have said. I hope this will not be going on for too long

A 3 month supply of high strength Berberine for £9.95 seems good value to me. The capsules come in a small resealable packet. They are a standard size and to be taken once a day with a meal. I find they are reasonably easy to swallow with a cold drink. I haven't had any upset tummy or other unwanted side effects. They may help alleviate a range of physical issues but it's worth checking if they will suit you before taking them, depending on any medication you may already be taking, or any medical issues.

I have been taking this supplement for almost 4 weeks. After reading great reviews about how Berberine is an anti-microbial and can help to restore gut balance and inflammation helping to curb cravings and appetite, subsequently it can be a factor in helping weight loss. I am really impressed by this supplement, so far I have experienced suppression of cravings for carbs, sugar, and alcohol. It has also helped to reduce my appetite, not only am I less hungry but I can’t eat as much so my portion size and reduced considerably, it also helps as I have been eating my meals much slower so I can listen to when my stomach is full. During the first week I experienced some bloating, which has since worn off. No other side effects. As well as taking this Berberine supplement, I have been exercising regularly and eating a balanced healthy diet. This isn’t a miracle pill but it’s so far done what I was hoping it would.

I recently ordered this to compare to a previous brand I was using. Berberine should taste bitter and be a deep bright yellow colour, thankfully this product is both.Yes, the bitterness isn't nice, but that's the flavour or berberine. This brand seemed much stronger and better quality than what I was using before so I will carry on with these. Initially I had some bloating a discomfort, however my partner did not - I guess it depends how your body reacts. Personally I took one dose every couple of days to start and that allowed my system to adjust.

Berberine is supporting me on my journey, I changed what I was eating and used it alongside. I noticed after 2 weeks that my appetite was more under control. No side effects or constipation which I heard could happen.
