Q: Is this product good to use?

It’s harder than it looks. I’m out of shape but I’ve used this every day since I got it. I can’t do the five minutes but I do sets of 10 three or four times a day. My abs are always sore, so I know it’s working.

Q: Is this product good for short stature people? I wonder wether short people have difficult to reach their elbow to the bar.

I’m pretty short 4’9 it works fine for me!
