I bought this pink squat machine thinking it would gently ease me into fitness. Lies. This thing came for my thighs, glutes, and dignity—but in the best possible way. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and deceptively cute… like a flamingo that secretly trains MMA. After just a few days, I’m already walking like I just rode a horse through the Rockies, but my legs are thanking me (once the burning stops). Highly recommend for anyone looking to tone up and humble themselves simultaneously.

Okay, I was totally skeptical about this at first - another fitness gadget that promises miracles? But after 6 weeks of using this 3-4 times a week, I'm OBSESSED. Not so fast
This squat machine was not what is seems. It works for all. You have the ability to adjust the resistance, they have a total of four bands. It was easy to put together and easy to use however it was easy to move. It is built like it was not easily movable. When I tried to do some arm exercises the back end would raise off of the ground. To me the seat was not comfortable being that it was small.
