Works with my Atomstack A5 Pro Laser Engraver
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the - Genmitsu Laser Rotary V2 for Laser Engravers, Laser Cutters, Laser Rotary Roller Attachment, Y-axis Rotary Roller Engraving Module for Laser Engraving Cylindrical Objects, Wine Glass, Tumblers, Pens – so I can engrave the overstock of Oui Yougurt glass cups that I have collected.Install of the Genmitsu took some doing because I didn’t know what I was doing, and I wasn’t certain if the Genmitsu would even be compatible with my Atomstack A5 Pro Laser Engraver. But before I connected the Genmitsu to my Atomstack, I did do some research, watched a video or two, and I read the manual that was included in the box (although I had a bit of a time understanding it).In order to use this laser rotary with my machine, I had to download extra buttons in the software that I use to run my laser engraver (LaserGRBL). After that, I was all set to go.I have only played around with this laser rotary on those glass yogurt cups which happen to have an odd shape. I was able to adjust the laser rotary to accommodate the shape of the cups without any issue, and it worked quite well to rotate the cup while engraving. I’m looking forward to trying it on other cylinder shaped objects.

Really easy to set up and use, great for small items
I have used this on my NEJE MAX 4 and my Genmitsu 3018 without problems. I was not sure what to expect as my experience with Genmitsu so far is only through the 3018 - a notably budget machine type manufactured by many Chinese companies where Genmitsu offer a better than average quality machine and with better than average aftersales and documentation. Nothing apart from the price marks this rotary table as budget! It is well made, easy to set up with LaserGRBL, Lightburn etc and is accurate. I particularly appreciate the low profile design as it allows a lot more room under the laser. The NEJE laser engraver I have has a Z axis with decent travel so this is not such an issue, but my other rotary table does not really fit under the 3018 without raising the whole machine.I personally made a small extension stand for doing longer objects (baseball bat, rolling pin, walking stick etc) and I think maybe this table could benefit from a basic stand being supplied with it (it would add a lot of value for a small cost), but in truth I think this is a very good deal as it stands.

Works great with my Atomstack P9 M50
This is my first rotary attachment for my laser engraver and this Genmitsu unit does not disappoint. It is solidly built and is quality construction. It supports a wide range of material diameters and the included Y-brace roller allows you to engrave on stemmed glassware like wine glasses and champagne flutes. This will allow you to engrave most roundish objects; there will always be some items that require a 3-jaw chuck style rotary tool but those are much less common for hobby lasers at this point. The roller comes with two connector cables to work with different types of lasers. It can be difficult to identify if you need the regular or crossover stepper motor cable just by lookin at your laser engraver. I suggest Googling your system first. I made the mistake of using the wrong cable at first when I set it up and can attest that this will not permanently damage your rotary tool! (Atomstack user tip: Atomstacks use the regular cable, not the crossover). The stepper motor made a terrible sound when I tried to actuate it with the wrong cable but it didn't fry the motor or any other electronics on the laser thankfully.

Such a well made rotary...
I've reviewed quite a few rotary's for laser engravers, have several in my shop and this is the best made ones I've come across. I took it out and I am just amazed. Actually the last one I reviewed was mostly plastic and junky, but this unit is a work of art.Everything about this is just beautiful. The end blocks are thick, heavy duty metal, with an awesome fit and finish. So well machined. All the parts and pieces are just incredibly made. I also like the width adjustment, no need to switch of move belts around, it's a great concept. So far it works just as it should, it works well. At first thought it might be a problem there was not much adjustment to the width, but so far, it's has not been an issue. A work of art that works great.Fantastic machine, good price, would gladly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised
I expected this to be a rudimentary rotary giving its simplistic look and low price but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It is well made and actually quite versatile with its adjustment capability. Works well and does what it’s supposed to do. I also appreciate the low height as I don’t have to raise my laser to use it for most blanks.
