I really love this product; it's such a great little tweak for running shoes. I had a pair of shoes that felt really great on my feet but my heel kept rotating just slightly out over the base of the shoe. It was something that I had to constantly correct and it was annoying. After getting these inserts, just a little shim on the inside corrected my foot into the cup of the shoe, and now it's perfect. Nonslip, they stay put and the shoe feels like it's been customized to my foot. Well worth the money! $15 to make $150 shoes perfectly comfortable... a great deal!

So far so good. My orthopedic recommended this style of wedges for my knee pain as I was losing cartilage on the inside of my knee. They gave me a lesser quality one at the doctor but I had to replace it. These are firmer and feel they will hold up longer. I can tell the layers will come apart eventually but they may still be of some benefit if only using one or two layers depending on the severity of your condition.

My right foot just rolls over if I step in a hole when walking in grass. I've fallen many times because of it and sprained my ankle a lot as a teenager. These are exactly what I was looking for. The supination is moderate in my left foot. I love that they are adjustable and with all the layers they are high enough for my right foot. I only ordered one pair and didn't use the adhesive so I can swap them between shoes. For two months I've worn them nearly every day and they are durable. They don't move at all. I'll be buying more for sure.

Uncomfortable at first.

I love these inserts! I needed a bit of help with my Supination and these did the trick. They are comfortable, stay in place and provided the support I needed. Highly recommend Dr Shoesert inserts and will definitely buy more to add to all my sneakers.

These inserts are great. I ordered these to make up the space in my shoes that regular inserts did not support. It comes in 3 layers and you can choose how much support that you need. I divided my inser for three different shoes. I will be buying these again.

Not great. They need a better curvature inside of the heel and a steeper angle to keep the ankles straight. I tried using all 3 layers but it just felt very hard and uncomfortable. I ended up only using the smallest layer underneath my leather heel wedge inserts to get a better angle. I think these would work better if they had a heel cup and went up to the side of the shoe.

I love my Dr Shoesert 3 wedge insert. Since I am on my feet considerably, l needed a product that would help me prone my stance. These inserts work great and my feet feel much after a long day. Thank you Dr. Shoesert and Amazon for this product.
