My 7 year old LOVED this calendar. She liked forward EVERY morning to opening a new slime.

This set comes with 14 different containers of slime - some are smaller than others, and 10 containers of mix-ins. The mix-in are teeny-tiny. I haven't opened any of the containers since this is an advent calendar and it's still November. However, I can tell my kids will enjoy opening and playing with the different slimes. We have never used mix-ins before, so I don't know for sure how they will like those. The slime containers each have a lid and a layer of plastic keeping the slime contained. Nothing had spilled. One of the containers of beads was cracked - most likely happened in transit. I appreciate that this is an activity they can do / use the month of December is not full of collectibles that they will want to keep.

It's a reasonable price, only bc you get the little things to put in the slime, otherwise I don't recommend buying unless you add more stuff to it to make it more playable. Was a bit more like Puddy then slime! I was able to fix it so it was ok, it has kept my daughter busy,, but I won't buy this brand again unless I'm given some discount!

My daughter loved this advent calendar! All of the slime was unique and the additives allowed her to make the slime more personal. Each day was a fun surprise and she loved sharing them with her friends.
