I used this product for the first time today while playing a round of golf. The weather was very hot and humid, but I felt well at the end of the round. I used the orange flavor packet in my water bottle -- it tasted good without being overly strong or sweet, and it mixed easily. Overall, I am pleased with this product. I like that I can use a packet as needed and that the product is effective. I also like the variety of flavors. Too bad it can't help me with three-putting.

The best flavor, hands down. If I ever feel like I'm low on electrolytes (tired, stomach feels weird), I have one of these in a 20oz bottle. It helps immediately AND tastes great. Not overly salty or sweet like LMNT or Liquid IV. It's just the right amount of flavor every time. Like every other powder out there though, clean your countertop more often or you'll be shocked when your cleaning tool turns pink!

I got these to bring a lot for a Disney World trip in June of 2025. The taste was okay but I feel no worse or better than most powder drink mixes. When added to a water bottle that you could shake well it mixed decently. Usually there were still some clumps of the powder mix that didn’t mix that well. I added them to a basic plastic 16-20 ounce water bottle and shook it from there so I didn’t have anything else to mix it.

I love this product it is my favorite electrolyte powder! Super clean, no sugar and was recommended to me by my nutritionist. I do not like orange juice at all but oddly orange is my favorite flavor - delicious! The packets are convenient for travel and dissolve quickly in water. Perfect afternoon treat to curb hunger and provide a tiny burst of energy.
