I live in Florida and buy electrolytes often. I bought these electrolytes for the gut health properties. They say all health starts in the gut so I began to take gut health seriously and when I saw electrolytes with pre and pro biotics, I decided to give it a try. Both the taste and flavor are great and I’m regular with no digestion issues. The price of the electrolytes are better than some of popular brands and with the added benefits, it makes these a good value for your money. I will continue to purchase this.

Awesome!! I've been a fan of Ultima for a long time, and I was super excited to see that they released this version for gut health. After about a week, I've definitely noticed a difference. It has definitely stabilized my digestive system. Used to get random cramps and sudden urges throughout the day but that has subsided. I am much more consistent and calm now which is great for my work. I travel a lot for work so that is super important to me. It takes about 5 minutes to fully dissolve in room-temp water, which is much quicker compared to the other salt-heavy competition. Very pleased and keeps me buying more!

I began using Ultima electrolytes when I started the carnivore diet back in November 2024. The flavors are great and sugar-free, which is a bonus for weight loss. With this particular pack, I love the flavor as it tastes like a juice. I use this as a "preworkout" and mix it with my creatine. You also get the pre and probiotics which help with gut health (not sure how much of it actually gets absorbed). I like these because they are easy to use and it's a single packet that I can just grab and go. Now for the price, their regular electrolytes are 20 packets for about 20 dollars and sometimes they are on sale but this one is 14 for 20 making it more expensive. I have not seen a change with the pre and probiotics personally so I might just switch to the regular electrolytes. I like that they don't have too many ingredients and keep me hydrated through my workouts. I recommend trying their other electrolyte selection as they were Effective in keeping me hydrated during carnivore which causes a lot of cramps. I would take 2 daily. Quick delivery was the best part.

Ultima makes an excellent product. If you associate Stevia with a bad aftertaste, Ultima has a pleasant surprise for you: no gross Stevia aftertaste!!! Gut Health actually works. If I drink two of these a day, I do notice a positive result the next day.
