Great walking stick.
This oak walking stick is in-between the bamboo and hickory sticks for weight. It is beautifully shaped and finished, comfortable to hold, and very easy to use.

It is made of solid oak wood and has a nice look.
I’m 82 but still very active and enjoy going out and about especially in scenic places the Brazos stick will enhance my journeies.

Utilitarian and Visually Stunning
The walking stick is 5 stars. On strength; on weight; on raw wood stock beauty; on unique ergonomic stylish design. The stick feels like a natural extension in my hand. And made in USA!!!I purchased this stick on my own - no promotions.Very, very, pleased!

Inconsistent Product Expectations-no tip on 1 of 3
I have order three of these ergonomic walking sticks. I use these for additional balance support as it is easier on my wrist than a traditional cane. I bought a light tan oak one, that was really nice looking but the finish was not great throughout but it had a rubber tip on it, contrary to other reviews.I decided to order a red oak version, did so and the seller was KHC. I received the product directly from the manufacturer, Brazos in Waco, TX.; Unfortunately, it was brown Oak but it had a rubber tip in place. I tried to start a return to KHC but I would have had to send it at my cost to an international address somewhere in southeast Asia. That made no sense when it came from Brazos in Texas. I complained to the seller, that I am not incurring costs for their mistake, they agreed and allowed me to keep it, to give away to someone else, which I will do, and refunded me my purchase.Frustrated, I then re-ordered the same red oak Walking stick, shipped and sold by Amazon. I got the product quickly, it was the correct red oak color, that is very nice, but now it had no rubber tip, another point of frustration. I do not understand the supplier they may be getting this from, perhaps from Brazos; why would they send this out without a rubber tip on it as that is a safety issue from having this item slip out from under a person on a surface=liability for an injury? This is where Amazon customer service and buyers should respond to the reviews on this issue and correct it with the supplier.Adding to that, contacting Amazon, the seller/shipper, which is not an easy or direct process, in an effort to resolve this by simply getting the rubber tip that they sell online, 3/4" Item #: 512-3000-1024. The typical choice is a return or they contact the supplier but that does not result in an easy and corrective resolution.I had to persuade the customer service rep, to simply send me that rubber tip item at no cost to me. She did that and that resolved the problem. That is what a good customer service person should do, to fix the simple problem, instead of following a script of what they are allowed to do with a limited set of choices to actually help the customer.Other than that, this is a nice walking stick, good quality and I recommend for use in walking with the dog or in the woods or even as a support cane when it's needed as it takes strain off of a bent wrist.

Unfortunate mark
I really like design and feel of the stick. However when I opened the tube it was in I noticed the scratch. Not worth sending back because it’s still very much functional. Just kinda a sucks since it was a Christmas gift for my dad. I will definitely be getting one for myself in the future.

A Life Saver
I scheduled knee replacement surgery recently and knew I would need a cane for a few weeks. I cannot use a cane because of its eTwisted Oak Crook Walking Cane Brownffect on my wrist joint. I noticed Brazo Sticks on Facebook and decided to try them. I bought my stick through Amazon. com which made the purchase painless since I have a prime account. My stick has been with me for about a month or two. I don't have to use it regularly anymore, but do when I am feeling tired. From the outset when I first made my first attendance at Church, people came up to me afterwards wanting to know what it was etc. I now carry a copy of the invoice with the picture of the stick in my purse to show people where they may go and purchase one. I am still receiving comments as I venture out shopping etc.

What, no tip for me!
Nice enough stick but the tip fell off on my third short hike. I don't see their replacement tips for sale on Amazon.
