Great product.
The product is best in its class ..Working good ..But one in three remote control not working satisfactorily.. kindly let me know how to get the replacement for remote.

Worst service and complicated product
No second power source (adapter) provided, and very hard to install.. i had to buy another adapter of 12volt 1 amp as second power source... i have been able to make connections after viewing video but still the lock is not working... No guidence available from Navkar System

Poor quality lock
I have purchased the lock and installed in Tatapravesh door yesterday. Lock is of poor quality. The screw etc. supplied with lock are not compatible with the lock, so I have to rush hardware shop for accessories at the time of installation. The lock create high noise while locking and unlocking. However, till now remote function is satisfactory...

Good product but zero installer service.
Dont buy product which dont have installer service included. NAVKAR SYSTEMS don't have installer service they refer to 3rd party who chargers ₹2500 to install which is quite high. Installer referred by NAVKAR SYSTEMS was very rude and unprofessional. Think before you buy.
