Q: Can i connect a version jet pack (hotspot) to this? can i also connect att cell phones to same booster and get better signal and service?

It isn't brand specific, and it's not really a matter of having to "connect" to it. It just picks up the existing cell signal outside your home, brings it indoors via a cable, and boosts the signal. We have seen it help our Verizon Jetpack (hotspot), our Verizon phones, and ATT and T-Mobile phones of family members. It isn't perfect because it still depends on the signal from a cell tower somewhere (it will only work if you have some cell signal to boost.) Our signal varies and we still lose signal altogether sometimes, but overall it has helped.

Q: I have little to no signal will this work?

Depends on what you call no signal. If truly NO signal, then no. The yagi antenna mounted on a tower (above roof line) will do a pretty good job. I am pointed to a tower about 12 miles away and use 100 ft RG6 and had to install attenuators to keep from overloading the unit. My phone prior to using SureCall showed 1 bar and continually dropped calls so I called that low to no signal. It boosted my signal a lot. I call that a great job. Good luck.

Q: Has anyone used this to boost T-mobile Home Internet?

I used to boost Verizon-got my phone to 3 bars—guy who installed had AT&T and instantly got 5 bars—seems to depend which towers are closer to you. However-I couldn’t be happier. I can watch on demand, Netflix etc and phone calls rarely drop. It took quite awhile with 1 person on roof—another running to check signal to find the perfect spot
