The media could not be loaded. So basically I took this product as the normal mops were basically difficult to use. This is a good product but it's not convinient.1- the entire product is very hard for me or any one who is using due to its push.2-water draining technique is perfect. Make it lighter.3- but when you are trying to put the mop in the water and twsiting you will require a lot of force.4- everytime you have to put the mop in 90° angle so that it can fit in the block properly. Inconvenience to a greater level.For any elderly person this will be very difficult to use . Do not try with one hand. Use both hands to create pressure.I want to give it 2.5/5Do not waste your money

So this is the second spin mop I have bought, so shall dive straight inPros :-Compact and sturdyThe mop head is nice but not quite the best out thereThe handle and mop feels solid.It hugs the floor just about the right way and makes the wipe effortless and it cleans wellEasy to storeConsI have big hands so the handle is just about right. I wonder how a dainty hand will hold it as it's quite chinkyIt's a bit too sleek, so when you move the mop from the bucket to the spinner more.often than not there is a lot of spillageHow I wish they had a set of wheels for the bucket, this has a handle and the only way to move it is carry it. I wouldn't recommend dragging it as feel wrong ! Unnatural to a point where you feel it might scratch the floorOverall I find it nice and comfortable. A good buy at a decent price.
