Was working as a delivery driver.This bag worked really well for larger orders and pizzas keeping them hot.I had a lot of 5☆ for my deliveries.It was a little big to bring into places, but I left it in my back seat, and I'd bring the food out to it.Sometimes orders would be large where it would be easier for me to bring the whole bag to the door. (Had a 5 pizza order, an order for a buffet ect)It always kept hot food hot and when I'd go grocery shopping for myself and go to multiple stores, it would keep my frozen and cold items frozen and cold. (And I live in florida)It's a well made bag. Would recommend if you're delivering large orders, or if you shopaholic multiple places and need something to keep your groceries at temp.A very nice bag.

This delivery bag has been a Jack-of-all-trades for me! It keeps my hot food hot for the drive home. And when I have been grocery shopping, can switch gears and use it to keep cold food cold instead. And if I have neither, it is a useful way to keep things organized and NOT rolling around in my vehicle. If I need the space it easily collapses, too! Thinking about buying a second for the other vehicle.

I purchased the case to carry 16in catering trays with lids. The bag is 18in, soft sided and can easily bend wider. It is not a stiff bag with rigid sides, It is soft sided and bendable. It is soft enough to be folded very small and flat and comes folded in a small reusable plastic zippable envelope. It would be "stiffer" if it were holding giant pizza boxes.I put in three 16in carter trays w/ lids and then tucked frozen jugs in each corner to keep thing cool for a 2 hour drive. It did not fill the carrier. There was extra room to stuff things on the sides.The jugs were still frozen at the end of the trip. It insulates very well and worked well for me. I could have easily squeezed in another catering tray. It is not liquid tight. It could be discribed as a large square insulated duffle bag. I recommend this carrier.

I've been using this bag regularly for a copuple years and it's been great. I can stack seven or so 18" pizzas in it, so I've been covered for most large orders I've gotten (only thing that doesn't fit is those long meal boxes that Pizza Hut's been using). Hot pizza keeps your customers happy and means better tips XD Recommended!

If you are doing Food Delivery as I do, this is so much bigger than you will need for the usual Pizza places. Seems OK built, but I would go with a smaller size for the likes of Dominoes, etc. Not stable enough to put multiple hot food items in and carry without spilling. If your doing heavier multiple hot=food containers, go with a more rigid base. I'd rather have a smaller diameter. Just my thought.

My biggest regret, not buying this prior to the pandemic. We’ve used this for pizza and other to-go orders. We recently had a Birthday party for my nephew and went route of pizza. Five large pizzas were stacked in the bag from a pizza place about 15-20 miles away and the pizzas were still hot. There was also still a bit of room left. This can also be used to keep other foods hot on those nights not everyone can agree what take-out they want. Open the bag and add each order and everyone enjoys hot food. The size is great for parties, big families/big eaters, or if you’re in charge of food for gatherings. Very much worth the investment and easy to clean inside.
