I struggle to sleep, no matter how tired I am. A friend recommended melatonin.I chose Thorne because I they have an excellent reputation and I am not able to test the product to make sure it has what it says it has. I have used Thorne for years and have their vitamins and DIM on subscribe and save. I believe they work. Thorne is a quality company.I have used this melatonin several times now, and I do fall asleep on the nights I take the melatonin! Not always right away, but I do fall asleep. I need at least 7 hours of sleep time if I take this or I feel groggy.The capsule is easy to take as it is only a fraction over a half inch long- tiny!If you struggle with sleep, it is worth giving this a try. Recommended!

It is effective.

I bought these to give me something to take on days when I'm sort of wired and need help going to sleep. I had someone recommend the larger size but I went with the smaller as I didn't want to be too knocked out. These things work - took one over the w/e and slept 9 hours. Was a little groggy in the am but after breakfast and a shower I felt human again.

Works Okay, But Not ConsistentI’ve been using this melatonin for a few weeks now, and while it does help me fall asleep, the effects aren’t always consistent. Some nights, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, but other nights, I toss and turn for hours. The dosage is just right, but it seems like the effectiveness varies depending on the day. I also experience some grogginess in the morning on occasion, which is something I wasn’t expecting. It’s not bad, but I think I might try a different brand next time to see if it works better for me.
