E Guittard Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened Rouge Red Dutch Process Cocoa, Two (2) 8oz Cans

Very good dutched cocoa powder. Great for baking and reasonably priced.

Fresh tasting. Smooth dutched chocolate cocoa. The rouge color was perfect for making my mini red velvet cakes. A bit pricey but well worth it since I cannot find it locally sold.

Excellent quality cocoa with full rounded flavor (though not as 'red' as in the past).

A true indication of how good this is was when I had a houseguest. I made her hot chocolate with this stuff the first few days and then with a lesser cocoa a day after that. She remarked that there was such a strong difference, with the Guittard being richer and more interesting in flavor.

Love it, use it for great homemade mocha syrup for espresso drinks at home. Add water, powered sugar and stir, frig when done.

Great product, but something is wrong with the handling. Three times we have gotten orders with spilled cocoa inside. The last time the seal was broken and we asked for credit, which was given. Perhaps the vendor is dealing with jobbers who buy damaged shipments. I love this cocoa, but we are going to have to find another source.
