Fantastic company to work with! They helped me troubleshoot my HP printer to be compatible with the ink cartridges and get printing quickly! Best customer service I think I've EVER had.

Great customer service
Would use this ink with no problem but recently my printer stopped accepting the ink. Spoke to a customer service rep who talked me through steps to follow and eventually sent me a replacement set.

Proof is in the pudding
Had an issue with one of their carts, they made it right. Prints well. Oddly looks better than my $60 of OEM cartridges were producing recently.I just need something to print out Girl Scouts forms and the occasional download, print, sign, take a photo, and send back to the stone age companies I deal with occasionally. This set does more than fine at maybe a quarter of the price.I'll update if they explode or anything but they seem to do quite well.

Amazing INK AND COMPANY
I bought this ink without realizing that it was a different brand and boy was I happy I did!! This companyis ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! The second set of ink is already in my printer and printing spectacularly!! Check out the video

Not sure due to machine itself breaking.
Nothing wrong with the ink. Machine was given to use used. Took me a while for the machine to accept the ink but the machine died through no fault of the ink.
