This is a great for all kinds of stretching,the quality and stitching is great. I take mine to my Wing Chung club to stretch and warm up before class.

So good for flexability. My 8 year old was gifted this to review on instagram and amazon. Weve used similar items before but shes always struggled as they were moved and rubbed on her feet. This is padded and layered so there is no rubbing. Its adjustable and adapts with her so she can keep progressing. Really love this item. Bought another one for her to gift a friend.

Great piece of equipment, bought this as I have recently started martial arts training again and needed a quick boost to my flexibility. I have also bought the door trainer pro and while going to classes and using both of these I have gone from having a great leg kick to been able to kick to the head (with some more work needed) in a matter of months.

I've always struggled with tight hamstrings. I've never been able to touch my toes. I'd also recently started running and was starting to develop an ache in my achilles tendon - so I really needed to work on the flexibility of my achilles tendon and calf muscles. This strap is ideal. It is very made and looks like it will last for many years.EverStretch also give you access to their online portal which has information booklet and instructional videos on a huge range of stretches. This is fantastic for me since I've never really known what stretches I need to resolve my flexibility issues nor how to perform stretches properly.

I have really enjoyed using and training with this product. As a figure skater it is perfect for increasing my split position stretch and improving my biellman. The loops allow me to monitor my stretch as well like using the 1st loop and getting more and more flexible. Highly recommend it.
