Q: Why is this so expensive? Isn't this a piece of heavy plastic? Was there a crazy amount of time and research put into this product?

It's more than a piece of plastic; it's like a 24/7 deep tissue masseur. Think about how much you'd be saving on each visit. Part of the price also goes towards creating educational content and R&D. Last year; we released the Pso-Back and the Pso-Neck thanks to the success of the Pso-Rite.

Q: are the different colors different densities?

Q: It’s a hunk of plastic.why so expensive?

That’s a good question. I wish it was smaller maybe I would use it sometimes. It was highly recommended by my PT.

Q: How do you know you have place it in the right place? How can it be one size fits all?

Find the distance between your pelvis bone and belly button. It's about 2 inches in from your pelvis bone. Place one peak there and slowly press into it. Focus on deep breathing. Use one peak at a time only on one side. This allows for the person to be any size. You can use it on a table, box jump, wall, bed etc. if the person can't get on the ground for whatever reason.
