Great chair! Read this review. Updated
(Update 4 months: chair is still rock solid with heavy use very happy)So I'm 6'1 195lbs. I'm extremely picky about chairs!. But I'm not gonna spend $1000+ for a chair anymore.I ordered this chair with the head wrest. Finally! A chair that has arm wrists that feel quality. So many chairs have arms that wobble around. Even my steelcase leap V2 has had that issue. These are nice and sturdy and stay where I put then without moving. I love it!The lumbar support is ok, it's edit:it IS adjustable but i didn't realize it at first feels comfortable so I have no complaints. The bottom cushion is firm enough I dont think it will break down to much over time. But also soft enough that it feels good. It hits that nice sweet spot in the middle.A new ergonomic chair can feel weird at first to many new buyers. But, often thats more due to you having sat poorly for many years. Give yourself a week or so to warm up to it, and afterwards you could never go back to regular chairs.Keep in mind when looking at reviews on here. Everybody has a diffrent body type and no chair is one size fits all. But if your wondering simply about the quality of this chair for its price it nails it!Its basically a steelcase leap V2 (I have one of those also) but I find this one to be the better value, and honestly just as comfortable. The bottom seat moves forward and back. Perfect for taller guys like me. I wish maybe the seat was an inch longer or so. But that's just me slouching in the chair, wich is not how you should sit in it anyway.I'll leave you with this. I'm sure youre skimming Amazon looking at all kinds of ergo chairs. I have too, many many times over the years. This is hands down the best of the lot unless you want to increase your budget by $800 and truthfully I'd rather sit in this VS a HM Aerion. I also love this has the option of foam backs. I'm over the whole mesh thing. Hard mesh wrecks your clothes and feels to stiff, soft mesh sags over time and starts to crunch your center area....I'd say if your on the fence, just get it. With the head wrest imo. But again keep in mind everybody feels diffrent in every chair.

It's a good chair.
This review will be promptly updated in the event of any problems. If it has not been, you can safely assume it is holding up to hours of daily use.Very well packaged, easy to assemble, sturdy, and comfortable at the upper end of its weight range. I'm 6'1 and 260lb, which puts me outside the recommended weight range of many cheaper ergonomic office chairs. So far, this is exceedingly comfortable for extended sitting periods and doesn't show any signs of instability. I experience chronic back pain and this chair - while perhaps not providing life-changing relief - doesn't exacerbate any problems. It promotes an upright, healthy posture and is a joy to sit in. For the price, this is an absolute knockout in all respects. Minor annoyances follow in the review, but none of the listed problems would keep me from unreservedly recommending this chair to my friends and colleagues. The lumbar support is kind of a joke at my height - at the tallest setting it doesn't clear my hips. It's not really the chair's fault, and it's not uncomfortable, but it's the weakest point in the design. The lift cylinder protrudes a full three inches below its socket in the base when fully seated. It's very secure and the casters give it more than enough clearance from the floor, but it does come across as mismatched. The adjustment settings are fine. Tilt resistance doesn't really do anything, but the seat depth, armrest adjustments and synchronized tilt are perfect. Much more versatile than any other budget office chair I've ever used.If you or your business have the cash to dump on a Herman Miller or Steelcase, go for it. If you'd like a close approximation for a fraction of the price, this is it. As far as I'm concerned, it punches so far above its price range it's hardly worth looking for things to complain about.

Backrest is uncomfortable and limited
I did a lot of research on chairs around the $200-250 mark and narrowed my choice down to the CLATINA Ergonomic High Swivel Executive Chair. The chair is sturdy, sleek, the seat has good cushion, it’s easy to assemble and it has a variety of adjustments. However, I simply found the backrest uncomfortable. I attempted to adjust the lumbar, but it was overall set too high and bulged out too much. I even tried to remove it, but then the base of the backrest dug into my back. Although there’s a recline feature, I did not realize this was for the backrest only. I assumed the whole chair would rock back, so that’s my own fault for not noticing. Unfortunately, the reclining feature doesn’t lock in a desired position so you’re pretty much stuck in an upright position.I’m 5’11” and 160 lbs, maybe if I were taller and heavier, this may be more comfortable. I’ve requested a return on this chair and will follow up and adjust my rating based on that experience. I’m sure this chair will be great for some, and I hope this review helps.
