Very Good Product
The quality of steel used is very good. The kadhai is hard. I can use it for so many purposes like cooking, frying, baking, and steaming. I have made idlis using the idli stand of the kadhai and they came out really nice. It is a really good product to use over induction cooktop. The bottom of the kadhai is perfectly balanced and sits Perfectly on my induction cooktop.

Its the best I have ever come across
The media could not be loaded. This cookware from neelam appliances is the best i liked the quality of the product and it has many attachments inside including the one for idli and and yes i noticed the idli turns out more fluffy in this compared to the one i had prior to this the quality of the steal is thick and the handle to hold the atand is very sturdy and I highly recommend this product
