I am by no means an experienced boiler engineer, but consulated one before attempting this job.Replacing a failing pcb board is indeed as simple as replacing any other component on desktop computers (motherboard, memory cards etc. etc. if you ever had any experience with that).Need to be careful with electrostatics but once all approached as required this PCB has now saved me a lot of money.We had the F.61 error for more than a year which was switching off boiler several times a day due to mix in temp measures (there are better pages to explain that particular error).The pic attached is when i opened the boiler' pcb compartment - this shows an old pcb (the new one had minor differencies - more modern parts I guess, as old one was 11 years old). Took one out - put new one in.Carefully all fitted perfectly and now boiler as new :)

Ordered a PCB for Vaillant combi boiler. Order confirmed on Sunday. Arrived Tuesday. Installed and now running. Only original spares. No third party parts. Well done Hanicks.

I have an ecoTech Plus 637, which was giving a failure code of F.64 everytime the temperature dropped low. When temperature was higher than about 11 degrees C I could reset the boiler. This past week temperature was low and could not reset the boiler, so after some reading up seemed to be the PCB. Replaced this card and voila! back in business and boiler is working again.The card was easy to replace. If you are comfortable with replacing a card in a desktop computer and a few additional wires then you will be able to replace this card without any problem. No gas to mess with.Definitely recommend this. The part arrived quickly and well wrapped.

Great service from Amazon/Supplier for delivering fast during lockdown when it was impossible to get it from anywhere or get any plumber in. Secondly well done to Vaillant for good engineering. I am far from being a plumber or electrician and found it quite straightforward to replace it. And lastly thank you to the other reviewers who took pictures of electric connections as they come handy when replacing.

The PCB supplied was used. It was not inits original packaging. The original seal sticker was broken. It had a label stating no returns if opened despite opaque packaging. There were scratches on screw heads from its previous use.There was a delay in the refund and it was not fully made until complaint.

After doing a little research for the correct board for my boiler found this as food a price as anywhere. Fixed my f61 gas valve fault and the boiler works great.
