Obviously, you should get an in-depth blood test in order to determine how much thyroid hormone you need to supplement. My body strongly resisted this supplement. My symptoms became much worse and I had to wean off of it. It’s very effective for some though! It just depends on your body. You won’t know until you try it! If you can tolerate it, it’s a great alternative to synthetic medication!

I took this because I had thyroid cancer and had to have my thyroid removed so my oncologist said to try this. It made me so deathly ill I had to stop taking it! It definitely is not for me!

Don’t take if you aren’t seriously hypothyroid. Very strong

Was able to substitute this with my long term Synthroid prescription. Had my thyroid tested by my doctor and the new OTC item is keeping my thyroid levels where they should be. Also noted that the level of inflammation count in my body went from a 38 to a 29 which is why I feel better being off Synthroid.
