Q: will this work with AT&T?

this will not work with AT&T. It is designed for Verizon. Some Verizon spin offs can be used but you have to reset the settings to adjust for the new network. If you are looking for plug and play, then this must have a Verizon card

Q: Just bought this jetpak. What else do you meed to get started with this?

To add this to your Verizon plan it will take a line and a sim card so if it's not replacing another device you'll have to add a new line on your plan. Last I checked, service for unlimited data was $10 or $20 per month depending on which plan your Verizon phone is on.
