BallWide Mouth Canning Jars, Quart, Amber, 4 Count,1440069046

Purchased these as I'm using them to store my assortment of teas for my Pantry. I create beautiful and colorful (non-consequential art) for my relaxing hobby and pleasure. (A Pic or two could accompany this review later.) The Jars come tightly packaged in a sturdy box. I only wish the 1/2 size of these were available. The Pint Size Jars are equally as stunning to have.

These jars are exactly what I was looking for. They are perfect for storing liquids and protecting against the light.

These jars are amazing! Block out 99% of light. Dark. Thick. Sturdy. I wish Ball still made these. Perfect for long-term food storage. Made in the USA!!

Excellent Amber quality!

Good, sturdy jars. I wouldn't get brown again.I prefer to see inside the jar. But, if you don’t mind not seeing in there then these are a great value.

I thought I was buying new, but these did not come in the original box pictured, but instead came in a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap. One of the rings was dented and one of the lids was stained. I didn't trust the product as much as I would have if it was original packaging and so, being suspect, I immediately threw the lot in the dishwasher to be sterilized. At least they all had the Ball brans logo. Other than the ring, lid, and packaging, the product was as I would have otherwise expected. The jars were amber, 32 fl oz capacity, wide mouth, and had the Ball logos. The design, color, and size were correct.

These are expensive, but they are exactly what's needed. The lighter-colored ones provide decoration, but they do not filter out the UV, which is the whole point of an amber jar. These are plenty dark, but you can still see into them if you need to judge the quantity. None of the cheap knockoffs I've tried do that.

These jars are very dark! Love them! Made in USA!!! Packaged extremely well! Will definately order again.
