I have always LOVED this honey! I bought it as a gift and my brother was delighted with the honey!

Consistent high quality. Repeat customer often. I think I'll watch the Bee Movie again. LOL

There have been many complaints on the lids and not good honey.My box came with the jar tightly wrapped in small sized bubble wrap. Cap was completely wrapped. Lid was still tight, seal was unbroken and there was no leakage.I opened the jar, removed the seal and licked it clean. LolThe honey was the orange blossom honey of my FL childhood. No artifical taste, not cut with clover or any other type honey. It doesn't have any pollen or honey comb, so it has been filtered, as was the OBH we bought as a child, it's a medium amber in color. I'm a happy camper and will buy again.

This honey is thin, clear (filtered) and very very sweet. There is nothing that indicates that it is raw. It is unlike three separate raw organic honeys I have: One from a local farmer's market; one organic raw in a glass jar from Trader Joe's; and one called Peace River (again, a glass jar, which is a requirement for me). All of them are sort of milky, thick, and not as sweet; and the one from the Ventura CA farmer's market even has little bits of organic matter (which I like). I gave this McCoy's jar away to a friend who doesn't care if it's raw or not. I will not buy again.

This is one of the loveliest looking and tasting honeys you’re likely to encounter. It’s very light in color, has a beautiful floral flavor, and is packed (as ALL honey should be) in a sturdy GLASS jar. However, I must take exception with the flimsy, white plastic lids the McCoy’s chose to use. This was my SECOND order in two years, and the plastic lids have broken and failed on BOTH orders. The glass jars remained intact and unchipped, so I felt the remaining product was safe to consume. The failed lids simply allowed the valuable food to ooze out and make quite the mess of the protective packaging. But for the few extra pennies a metal lid would cost, I’m afraid this was my final order with McCoy’s. As for my rating, the honey is a solid five, the lid is a zero, so I tried to split the difference. How fun to have to search for a comparable product . . . .As an aside, a couple of years ago, my honey was delivered by UPS. Yesterday, delivery was via USPS. The breakage problem seems independent of carrier. But hey, Amazon! Why the recent shift toward USPS?? It’s an inferior product to UPS; I’m guessing there’s significant cost benefits to you? Are we customers receiving any benefit? I’d argue no.

This claims to be an orange blossom honey. But it comes from Florida. That means that this honey should be called Citrus honey since the nectar came from a wide variety of citrus blossoms, and not just orange blossoms. It has good flavor, but it is not as sweet as true Orange Blossom Honey. In the future, I will make sure I get my Orange Blossom Honey from California.UPDATE:I have found an orange blossom honey that is from California. It is California Raw Orange Blossom Honey by Lili Farms, and it is available on Amazon. It is a beautiful golden color, not the brown color of this Florida honey. It is much sweeter and better tasting overall compared to this Florida Honey. Many reviewers have complained about broken or damaged bottles will spilling of the contents. Thus far, I have purchased California Raw Orange Blossom Honey twice; both times it arrived well packaged and unbroken.
