Burpee Sure Thing Zucchini Summer Squash Seeds 25 seeds

They were Great! Would Reccomend.Easy Grow & in Texas last year had all types of problems. So this was a Good crop!

We have zucchini! Yay! We have lived in Indiana for 28 years and had no success at growing zucchini. We had tried in the ground, in pots, and in raised beds without success. Most often our plants would bloom but the blooms would fall off with no fruit. This year I bought Butler's Sure Thing Zucchini seeds. Every seed we planted grew, bloomed, and fruited. I even have enough to freeze for zucchini bread, stir fries, and other dishes. Once again Burpee succeeds!

Great seeds but the price is extremely high a pack of seeds used to be like .99 $ these are $9.29 but they grow great

I bought this variety because it does not require pollination so I can keep it under a cover to prevent the bug that borrows into the stem and killed my plants the last two years. To think I would have 3 zucchini plants and not get to eat a single zucchini is hard to imagine. I think you get maybe 12 seeds. I only need a few plants so took half the pack and attempted to sprout them. Well not one shows any sign that is going to happen. The seeds all sunk so they fit the criteria of a seed that should sprout. Took the remaining ones and tried to sprout them, its been over a week on the second batch and longer on the first and not a single seed hints that it will sprout. If they were pepper seeds well maybe I could think that I need to wait longer. But never have I had a little bit of trouble sprouting seeds of this type. Coming from Burpees it is a big disappointment. I guess I have to buy some plants and try some methods that might save my plants from the bugs.

These seeds grew fine, but my mistake was that I grew 3 plants in a 18" pot. When they grew everything was overcrowded and wound up not producing any fruitI know this was my fault, so I guess if you grow them as you are supposed to then they will grow just fine.

I direct sow-ed these in my raised bed, and every seed I planted grew. I'm only a few weeks away from fresh zucchini. These are the Burpee quality I expect. Great product!
