I buy so much from Amazon, and once and a while I write a review, but I have so many than I am reviewing and trying to remember what the price was and other such things. I usually write a big batch of reviews at a time, after maybe several months or so.That said, maybe Amazon programmers will read it and find a better AI way of getting all of this input and also making it easier for us users to make all of these time-consuming efforts to create a good/excellent review.I have needed some cheap new computers to help me in two locations. Until I looked in Amazon, I did not know that there were computers this cheap. My first one I bought turned out to be a Chromebook. Not knowing the whole history of Google Chromebook, I bought it without knowing. And, the Chromebook works fine. No problem.I wanted to get another computer that was not compromised like Chromebook. Most of my stuff is Microsoft Windows and such.So, I bought this computer. It was priced (I think) at about $72. What could go wrong, I thought. And, I was right. I plugged it in and loaded up all of my stuff, and I am up and running Windows 10 and watching movies and doing everything that I need a computer to do.I have been doing all of my regular stuff here with this little cheap computer, and I am still wondering why they are selling other computers for hundreds more. I think it is gaming and extra power in video and whatever. It is not my deal. I just need a computer to work for basic stuff, and this one does the job very well.

I bought this pc 2 plus years ago and boy i,m glad i did. I needed a replacement for a crashed pc this pc works like a brand new pc to me and the speed is still great to this day. the only thing is in a year i,ll need windows 11, this pc does not support it,so im planning on purchasing another pc. I wanted the next one now but it was not what i wanted for my next machine the price was good but i,ll search for something a little bit larger i,ll pay a little bit more and get what i want. from Amazon.

Ordered a Dell Optiplex 3010 as advertised because it has a HDMI port. When I finally got the order it was a Dell Optiplex 7010. The 7010 may be a good PC, it doesn’t have a HDMI port. Called to inquire about a fix and someone told me they had made a mistake and would send me a 3010 in a few days and then I could send the 7010 back. Sounds like a fair solution if they had done that. Waited for two weeks then called two different numbers and left message to call me. Did that two days in a row with no call back. Notice on other reviews on the site this happened more than once. Was called a bait and switch. Amazon should drop doing business these people. Have returned the PC for a refund. Have little hope of getting a refund.

Works pretty well for a PC so far. No issues as of yet.

This computer would not come on after only having it for 4 months. The warranty is a joke. They want me to send it back with all my info on it and give me a gift card. No offer to repair it

I CANT ACCESS GAMES ON the DVD drive. Why don't KNOW?

This is the 6th computer I have ordered from this source in the last 5 years., most cost less than $100 dollars. Every one of them are running without any faults or failures. I maintain 100% free computer instruction classes for disadvantaged and disabled kids, so equipment failure is frightful. Amazon has been excellent in selecting the units. Five stars all across the board.

This computer is FANTASTIC!!! Everything that was advertised came neatly packed in bubble wrap secured tightly in the box (thank goodness because the driver left the package on my steps and not on my front porch under the awning and it was pouring down with rain outside when I woke up and discovered the box there about 30 minutes after it had been delivered) so KUDOS to this company for the great way they packed the computer and peripherals in the box!!! I let the box dry off to be safe and then opened it up and set up everything! Such an easy stress free setup...Windows 10 BRAND NEW...GREAT WI-FI with included adapter and inside of computer is clean as a whistle!!! Computer is LIGHTNING FAST AND I JUST LOVE IT!!! THIS IS A GREAT BUY! I am an elementary music teacher and my district will be going all virtual in two weeks when we begin. I already purchased a camera that attaches to my monitor and will be using this computer to teach from my house on Microsoft Teams. I also work part time at an AMAZON fulfillment center here in Memphis, TN and went to worK telling all my co workers about how great this computer is and they will be ordering their own soon ( they were so excited too!!).
