We only use dymo labels for our dymo printer because others didn't stay as well.

I regret buying this. I thought I had to buy brand name for shipping labels but that only applies for stamps. $14 is way too expensive when I can get 3x the amount on ebay. I am giving it 4 stars because technically they work great but $14 for 220 rolls is too expensive.

I bought these for my computer-attached label maker, to replace the ones I ran out of.They are THERMAL labels, meaning they don't require any ink, but they only print in black. That's usually not a problem for labels.These are Shipping Labels, but I must confess, I use them for many other organizational tasks around the house, particularly storage organization.The only problem I had was the installation. My label maker gadget is on an out-of-the-way shelf, as I suspect most label making gadgets are. These shelves are usually very dimly lit and hard to get to, and -- get this -- the instructions for installing new labels are printed INSIDE the label maker machine. REALLY? Like you expect everyone to become a contortionist with feline-quality low-light vision to read those instructions? The main thing I wish were different about these labels is I wish they came with installation instructions, printed on paper (so we can take it into the light) in a decently legible size and not that frustrating microprint so many manufacturers are enamored with. That would have saved me probably half an hour of frustration in getting the labels installed correctly.

I use these with the Label Writer Twin Turbo, it is easy to use. Just place the Labels in & your ready to go.If you switch computers & don't have the information to use the label writer or you buy a used one. You candownload the information from DYMO, you can pick from many labels & styles to use. For this label I used thereturn address at the top & the sending address with the dashes that the post office machines can read.With this you can print off single address's, or multi-address's. You can use these labels with the label writer & design your own labels, use them as name tags or labels for jars.
