I have been using the antioxidant Grape Seed Extract for the last 15 years (back then it was called Grapenol). My doctor/nutritionist back then recommended Solaray and I have kept with this brand.Grape Seed Extract contains high concentrations of polyphenol antioxidants called OPC'sand supports healthy cardiovascular function. It is purported to enhance the effectiveness of vitamins C and E. So, I take one 200mg capsule of Grape Seed Extract three times a week.Grape Seed Extract is high in Proanthocyanidins, a natural bioflavonoid found in many herbs, fruits and vegetables. Proanthocyanidins have strong antioxidant properties, and function in supporting the body's connective tissues and capillary blood vessel system.There is no way of me knowing how much good these supplements actually do ... Just to be sure, I have my servings of fruits and vegetables every day!(I also take 200 mcg of Selenium as an added antioxidant, three times a week).All's well so far :)Check around on Amazon for the best deal on this supplement.Hope my review was helpful ...Jeffrey A. I had stopped using grape seed extract many years ago, but recently decided to try again, to increase energy and overall health. After much research, this still seemed the best buy with the most natural ingredients. I have noticed a positive change in energy these past few weeks since I started taking this supplement.

I finally got my HDL over 40. I was always around 35. I started taking one of these a day.
