These are designed for 49 volt DC panels, you would need a combiner, and you would have your own daylight poer source! you would have both 240, and 120 v ac

Yes, they can but you have to be clever about it. You can fool them into sensing there is power on your panel by using a generator or battery backup to do so. You also need to install an auto transfer switch between your panel and the grid for everyone’s safety.
