Apple iPad Mini 4, 128GB, Space Gray - WiFi + Cellular (Renewed)

I have one of the newer iPad Airs that I use every day but there are occasions when it's just too big. I also worry about the sensitive data that could end up in the wrong hands if lost or stolen. So I tried using an old Amazon Fire Tablet I had lying around, but it's too hard to get data in and out of that device. It's processor is so slow you don't know if it's hung up or crashed or what. I looked at getting the latest iPad mini, since I'm already in the Apple Ecosystem, but the Mini is about the same price as the iPad Air. So, I thought I'd buy an older model with a lot of RAM to store movies. So far, I'm very happy. The device looks brand new and the battery seems to be performing like new. Set-up was easy since I just paired with my iPhone. I can't do any serious work on it without a keyboard, but that's what my regular iPad is for. This one is just for watching videos when I travel and for use at the gym.

I was so nervous about throwing 300 bucks at a not new product, I honestly worried so much that I already started making a backup plan to buy another item brand new if this one wasn't in the condition they promised in the description.It arrived in a plain package, the ipad bubble wrapped and the accessory cord and plug wrapped separately. When I opened the bubble wrap I was just blown away at the mint condition ipad they sent me... and a business card stating that they professionally pre-installed a screen protector for me... I almost wish I would have done an unboxing video because this is almost the opposite of what you expect from a refurbished or renewed product..jI couldn't possibly have been more impressed with the condition of this ipad :) I immediately prepared for the worst since it looked so nice, there had to be something functionally wrong with it - so I hit the power button and got the completely empty battery graphic on the screen. I figured that could be for a number of reasons, and made no assumptions just charged the battery till power on was available.Powered up perfectly, set up the ipad while continuing to charge and was in love with it by the time I was finished setting it up. finished charging and did an immediate battery life test by turning on my spectrum tv app and letting it just run for 4 hours. after 4 hours, I had 60% battery left. Satisfied that it works perfectly I opened the new case i bought for it, installed it and put it away for later since I'll be using it just about every day from now on :)This is one VERY satisfied customer who will definitely shop from this seller again.

The item was clearly damaged and dirty. It was advertised as “excellent condition”. Amazon Renewed defines “excellent condition” as “It shows no signs of cosmetic damage visible from a distance of 12 inches.”Amazon renewed also guarantees that it is “High-Quality ProductThis pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned by Amazon qualified suppliers.” Keyword there is PROFESSIONALLY Inspected. Based on my photo do you think it was professionally inspected? They couldn’t even take 2 minutes to use an alcohol wipe and disinfect/clean the iPad.Amazon Renewed defines “acceptable condition” asAcceptable condition“Scratches are visible when holding the device12 inches away and perceptible to the touch.”Considering there is also a $100 price difference between to the two qualities, and the fact that this an Amazon Renewed product, I requested a partial refund to reflect the condition of the item that it received. Hannah, my chat assistant, claimed that because this is a “third party seller” that I could either request that from them or return the product. What do you think the seller would do? You think they’d give me a partial refund? No, they’d tell me screw myself and return the product so they can turn around and do the same thing to someone else. Amazon is willing to put their name on the product with a guarantee but take ZERO responsibility for the false advertisement. I have cancelled my prime and have decided to no longer use Amazon ever again. Amazon customer service, along with the quality of products, has continued to decline over the years. Good riddance!

so far so good no problems. I had it for over a month. My daughter loves it.

I purchased this for my toddler and I'm glad I did. I saved so much money not needing the latest and greatest. Because this is a trial run for my daughter, but she had to have apple like her mommy. This arrived quickly thanks to amazon! The iPad is in such good condition! It has literally only a couple minor scratches on the top and bottom screen (but I pay close attention to detail, so that's how tiny they are. No biggie). The seller also included a charger, block, and some pretty nice packaging. I also didn't realize I opted for the "Excellent condition" mini4, but I'm sure if I would have did the next down it still would be in great condition. Pleased with my purchase!

This is great. I use as a monitor for my drone. Just delete many apps and have more than enough space for the drone app.

Did upgrade to firmware 13+. Awesome iPad Mini 4. It is my favourite device. The only thing is it comes with US power adapter and gives only 4.8 VDC out and is missing the Apple logo. The cable is also not gen and the cable quality score only 90. This happened also with my iPad 6 generation from Amazon.I believe both of the iPads were brand new however, as you can see the cable is from 2012. Both my iPads were refurbished. The strange thing was they travelled from the US to uk before arriving to me. Don’t matter to me because I have original power adapters and cables.The iPad was a little expensive and I got Apple cover and amFilm glass protector. Just make sure if you buy refurbished devices that they have original power adapter and cable. 😘

Not running very smoothly, battery gone very fast. I’d try mini 5 or 6 next time
