Had to cut a couple spots to get fitment right
Was turning my light on by itself but it works great now that i cut a little bit of the holster. Using it with a full size 1911 with the stream light TRL1 and it works great. Fits well on waistband

Fits 1911 frames, but a little bit tight on trigger mounted lasers.
This holster does exactly what I needed it to do.It give me a quick release 1911, locking holster, that accommodates under-barrel picatinny accessories, and trigger mounted laser systems.However, it is a very tight fit for trigger mounted laser systems, which does have me a bit concerned, in that it is so tight, that it could cause the laser to become out of alignment, with normal use.I wish there was a way that I could loosen, or stretch, this trigger closure strap slightly, so that it does not close quite so tightly around the trigger mounted laser system.I do NOT know if this will be an issue.I am only noting my concerns, after my first day of use.

My 1911 fits perfectly; the weapon's draw is smooth and easy. I feel I have made the right choice in holsters.

Nice, But.... Read BEFORE Purchasing.
I bought this to use with a 1911 Colt, with Light/Green Laser. Well built, I have several Fobus products and know them to be good. But this pistol is chambered in .22LR, at the muzzle end of the holster is a tapered piece to enter the muzzle to secure it I guess. It would work for one of my .45 caliber 1911 but none have rails. The piece is too big to enter the muzzle of a .22LR so therefore will not seat properly. 😞 I kept it anyway because I may try to modify it somehow. So, if you are chambered in less than .45 I would say pass. If you are chambered in .45acp I would say great holster.

Item review was not what was advertised!! GARBAGE HOLSTER
This does not hold a 1911 and certainly not one with a light laser. It looks and feels cheap and looks different in the picture. 200% return this trash.
