Quality unit-
Not sure if we got the parts missing from others in our delivery😃Extra ball and a few screws, along the the other bits for changing over for alternate versions of the rig.Its very solid and the parts chunky, thread lock used on the ball and bars. We have a diy rig made from a 7.99 soldering helping hands weighed down with sticky lead weights. But this is so much more sturdy and reliable.Highly recommend by us.

Missing parts
Product itself is okay, but not worth £30, especially after I had to replace two missing screws. Didn't hear anything back from the company after I messaged them about this, awful customer service, am not happy in the slightest, completely unreliable.
