Mr KiplingPies - Bramley Apple and Blackcurrant - 6 Pack

My family and I love these so much that our box of six didn't last a day. In fact I'm just back online to order more.Our arrived in perfect shape without any damage. They're small, maybe 2.5 inches diameter, which made them perfectly snack sized. The top is nicely mounded with plenty of filling, unlike American snack pies.The taste of the filling was fantastic. First bite made me think of cherries, there's definitely a strong berry influence from the black currents. Not too sweet at all. For us it was definitely just the right balance of sweet and tart.

Well made well packed pastry is too thin (perhaps it has to be to resist crumbling. wonderful flsvor.

The listing for this product is very misleading. It states Qty 1, 6 packs. Now that states that it is one which includes 6 packs. So this works out very expensive for just one item. No one would buy one pack at this price so, in my opinion, you are misleading customers and I am very disappointed that Amazon would allow this.Besides the above, I have just opened the package and everything is smashed and then I look closer and find the contents have ants, they are running out onto my table.

I saw these on a Youtube video and knew I had to have them. They're smaller than what I thought they would be, but a great apple taste. Be careful when opening the package because the crust gives off a lot of crumbs that stick to the bottom of the tin.Not sorry I ordered these, and will probably order them again.

Mr Kiplin Pies are always a favorite and great products. The packaging for the Bramley Apple tarts didn't do them credit. The tarts were inside the cardboard box without a cellophane wrapper which allowed them to be damaged in transit and to dry out a little. Still, delicious though.

Product mailed from UK. Little tarts all smashed due to zero protective packaging. Also I noticed on the manufacturer's box they were right at their expiration date. These would have been good if bought in a store, and I should have known better!

These pies were a messy bunch of crumbs due to poor packaging, but the filling tasted fresh and great. Packaging was a joke, just thin cardboard over the packaging, so they were well smashed.
