Q: I would like to order this paper and already have a wooden dispenser. What is the width of this paper?

The Melissa & Doug paper is 12 inches. If your dispenser is 12 1/2 inches wide or more the M & D paper WILL fit. From what I've seen so far on here the rolls of paper are all 15 inches and WILL NOT fit the Melissa & Doug paper holder (dispenser). So measure your dispenser before you order ANY paper.

Q: is there a way to wall mount

I had one. I'm sure you could just put two picture hangers on the back and it would work fine. I also put a heavy rubber band across the paper outlet as The roll had a tendency to"roll back" after tearing it off. Worked great from there on out.
