These things suck. They play with it when the first get it, then an hour later, they don't every touch it again. I don't recommend any of these spy gear crap.

Go to http://www.spygear.net/site/product/panosphere-360. Click on the grey button that says 'download latest software' (next to the price). The price is for the camera. The download is free. This happened to us too. The description is a little confusing but this is where we found the software. Have fun.
