If you have a good piano you may want this system
Dampp chaser was recommended by my piano tuner. Our son (with an amazing ear) can easily tell that the piano stays in tune much longer. Also, only needs tuning once per year now, rather than spring and fall. Very pleased.

I've using these for years since I was donated the piano. I know I'm supposed to change them more often, but I can typically get over a year on these pads before they get so gunky I feel sick looking at them.I'll continue to get them as long as they don't jack the prices up like the liquid did.

Very helpful to keep your piano hydrated (who knew, right?)
We live in New England and the house is very dry with the heat on in the colder months. These damper cloths and the liquid you can also buy work to mitigate the piano drying out.
