Easy to grow...even in terrible soil!
I have a fairly large patch of hard, sandy soil that won't grow a thing. I used to have grass in this area, but the grass looked bad after some time. I pulled it up and began the 2 year process of trying to grow a variety of plants as ground cover. Everything I tried either didn't grow fast enough to fill in the area or died when my dog urinated on it. I did some research on ground cover that stands up to dog urine, and white dutch clover came up as a good option. So, I found these seeds and ordered them with low expectations (given my experience). I planted the seeds, and within a week, they sprouted. After that they grew rapidly and started filling in the area. I did water everyday and used miracle grow solution. Since they were doing so well, I actually ordered a second bag of seeds, planted those, and got the same successful results. Now I have beautiful lush ground cover. And, now that the plants are established, I only water a few times a week. Unfortunately, they don't survive my dog's urine, but they grow so well and expand so fast that the dead area fills in quickly. So, I'm really happy and will be buying more because I have a couple of other areas I want to fill in. Thank you for a great product!

AMAZING.
Just bought another bag because I'm so thrilled that the first bag is sprouting!!!!! I planted it in my dead hard to grow grass areas and the sprouts are filling in quickly and fantastically already! Thrilled. Highly recommend. Colorado is high arid desert, but man, this white clover does wonders as ground cover to help prevent desertification and bring areas back to life. We had a freezing spring snow storm, and the clover still sprouted a few days later.

Good product but seems to contain seeds of common mallow....
Good sprout rate. We have dogs that practically killed our lawn, so I have sown clover seeds since it's dog and drought resistant. This has good coverage and I've not had any issues with sprouting. The only drawback is that it seems after 10 years that all of a sudden I have common mallow sprouting up as well in the lawn which is a drag because of the deep taproots. But if you're looking for a cover crop, field, etc this is a good buy.

Sprouted Fast even in my clay soil...
We have clay soil, lots of sun and also erosion issues. Grass can't grow and there is no irrigation anyway so that's out. Dutch Clover was one of the best solutions I could find for help with erosion control, weed control, low growing plants that help improve the soil conditions over time and are low growing. Bonus, this is an excellent pollinator! I just quickly scratched a rake across the dirt and sprinkled the seeds around and within a week or so I saw tons of sprouts.

Expected better germination
Used the entire bag in the yard. It grew happily in the yards next to mine. Low germination rate.

Reliable and Good Value
Very quick delivery and good quality - grass and clover seeds mixed and the sowed. Both germinated within 4 days - 4 weeks later we have strong growth and good coverage on a newly prepared plot. Would highly recommend this company.

Waste of money, Dont buy
Update: after 8 weeks no more than 10% of seeds actually survived even though the sun, soil and water conditions were ideal and carefully prepared. Incredibly weak plants. Very few actually sprout, poor quality seeds. When I say very few I mean 20% max. Even though proper care, irrigation and soil was put in place for success.

Easy, beautiful, low maintenance way to help the bees
In September we simply loosened the soil which had been bare for years, scattered the seeds, and watered them. (It rained a couple days later. Orvwe would have gotten the hose back out.) When we returned in a week, there were lots of tiny sprouts throughout most of the area. (The gaps could be where we missed scattering seeds.) The following two weeks the leaves were bigger and bigger. We look forward to seeing clover blossoms next spring and to see if the bare spots will fill in on their own. We also look forward to the bees enjoying the white clover, wh8ch was our main purpose in choosing to plant something.
