Awesome vinyl wrap really shines when set under bright light

The new vinyl is too stiff/rigid, color isn’t white in daylight
I had previously purchased this vinyl and I got this great easy to work with vinyl that was a nice white in daylight. What I received this time will barely cut, is stiff like plastic but I can’t find where there’s a protective layer to peel off like the first roll. The color was not white this time but some odd glow green color. I’m really disappointed with these changes. I really loved what I had bought last year from you.In the attached image you can see the color difference between them. The first roll I bought is the white one on the right. The newest is the green one on the left.

Not the wrap you think.
It’s a pretty solid sheet with very little give, even if heat is applied. It’s not ideal for wrapping anything but I found a alternative purpose for it by lining my steps with strips of glow strips since I don’t need to tug and pull over tight edges.
