Using this aa fast charging for my li ion battery pack. I was able to charge full pack in 2 hours. 12v

Not show any difference
It shows the real volt. We cant reduce or increase the voltage. I turned the screw both sides but no changes. I purchased this one for reduce 12v to 4volts. But no chance, lost money.
