Do not buy, comes without parts is a scam

After I received the lock, The installation team called me to install the product on my door. But never came. No wonder Godrej brand name is going down because of there not so dedicated team players/customer service.

Godrej, the name speaks for itself. The latch is very good and easy to use.Only reason for a star less is the service provider who came for installation. They aren't very cooperative and are not willing to provide bills for service they provide. Especially when installing the latch support frame in an iron door frame.

It's not working fine. It's getting automatically locked.
