This knee cap support is actually very good though it looks cheap and thin in pic.the composite materials are thick with perfect elasticity & can be compared to a padded one.with it's support you can do any heavy exercise that needs knee contact.you could jog,walk more easily+effectively with this one coz it decreases the venous return from 2 legs(fixes heart rate) & by fixating the big muscles of thighs & legs decreases leg muscle fatigue.& obviously it will prevent fall on knee injury at some extent.i used various knee support for exercise but didn't expect such a product in this price range.

I bought these knee caps after my first 10K run, one of the regular marathoner suggested it. Bought two sets of knee caps of different brands and fit and this one is very very superior yet very light on pocket.1) Fit - perfect fit, not too tight and not too loose2) Comfortable and supports your knees as you run those KMs3) Very light on pocketHope you find this review useful!

The quality of Strauss Knee support is very GOOD. But its better to confirm the SIZE ordered by customer before packing wrong item.

Good product. My mother is a regular walker. She was having knee pain. She was happy with it and pain disappeared after 1/2 weeks.It's obvious that the product will loosen with use. I am happy that it did it's work and I recommend her to wear it every time she goes out to walk.Early osteoarthritis, must start using knee cap support and strengthening exercise.

its not perfect fit its little loose mredium is tii tight
