My hair has always shed a lot but once I hit menopause it got several orders of magnitude worse. Now I'm post-menopausal and I thought I was going to snatch myself bald with each brushing. My hair is thin to begin with and losing so much wasn't helping matters. I've been using this supplement for several months and it has definitely made a big difference in my hair loss. I even notice when I skip it for a day or two, believe it or not.One month I subbed in another, less expensive supplement because I figured with the same basic ingredients it would be just as effective. I was wrong. Before I even finished the bottle I had reordered this stuff. It's a little bit spendy but I think it's worth it. It's very frustrating to repeatedly run your fingers through your hair and never have them come back empty. Now, after the initial amount of shedding which I consider normal, it stays mostly in my scalp. My scrunchies come out without a fistful of long hairs wrapped up in them. I estimate that I'm losing at least 70% less hair with this product.The hair was long already but now it's super long (which my husband loves). I dig braids and I can do a lot more with them than before. My nails are also growing like crazy, which is kind of a drawback for me. I was only getting gel manicures every two weeks because they're so durable (and I'm also cheap...lol). Now I would definitely need them weekly so I've given them up for now unless there's a special occasion.

Have been taking them for 3 months, and I can tell the difference in my hair it's fuller. I usually would give up after the first bottle, but I didn't cuz I read in a review that you could tell the difference after 2 months, and you can!!

This is the 2nd bottle I am on and I have been only taking this bottle for three days so far however with the first bottle it was working very well. I realized I wasn’t losing much hair and sometimes none at all on the first bottle and my hair was growing really fast as well. ( Im in perimenopause now) I do notice with this second bottle that the capsules are a different color and I’m not quite sure why, these ones are more yellow however the first bottle I had the capsules were a darker color. I do hope this bottle works as good as the first one.

Im in love with the results, my hair is healthier now, strong and alive!!! It took a couple of months to starting to see the results, but the time and money was perfectly worthy.

I can't say this is not a good product BUT I broke into a rash shortly after starting to use the product. Apparently this is a common side effect of using biotin.

Por el momento daré 4 estrellas, lo compre por que recién llegaba a vivir a usa y el cabello se me estaba cayendo de una forma impresionante, creía que me iba a quedar calva, así que en videos de tiktok recomendaron estas pastas, las pedí para mi mamá y para mi todas las personas somos diferentes así que eso también influye llevamos casi 2 tarros y a ella no le han hecho nada eso dice pero a mi me han crecido mucho más fuertes las uñas y el cabello se me dejo de caer bastante, entonces también depende de cada cuerpo
