AWESOME for cooling down large pots of chili
We have a very happy chef using this item. It's great for rapidly bringing large pots of chili to room temperature for storage and/or freezing. Home use here. Stores easily in the freezer with water, and you don't have to refill the inside between uses. Just wash off the outside with soapy water, dry off, and return to deep freeze.

Cheap plastic
Worked great 8 times. 9th time I used it the plastic cracked, ruining the batch of soup. It was not over filled, and the soup wasn't any hotter than 165.
