Q: does it come in assembly with tripod?

No. This is only the treaded insert for the tripod. It fits common binoculars, spotting scopes, etc. the trigger stick 3 is sold separately. The trigger stick does come with this attachment and also a fork gun rest.

It fits mine very well. Most likely it should fit yours if it is unaltered.

I think I am understanding your question. This is the adapter plate that allows you to mount accessories like a GoPro, camera, spotting scope, 2 point gun rest and other items that have a 1/4” x 20 thread pattern on the bottom of them. My Primos shooting stick came with one initially and I bought a few extra so that I could quickly swap out devices.
