Yes, each set includes one band and 2 support pipes to keep the band in place so it doesn’t slide down to the floor when used

Q: How easy or quick are they to put on and take off? I will go from class to class with a short time with each student.

They are not quick and easy to put on and take off. Can’t the bands stay with the student on their desk?
