My filter straw keeps getting clogged, any advice?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"yes, there is lots of information how to avoid this. one way is to fill the mate cup 3/4 and cover it with the palm of you hand flip it over and shake it so the dust will stay on top, fill the cup with warm water and wait a couple minutes will the water in the kettle keeps warming up, when the water is hot ( not boiling), first of course suck the water you alredy have in the cup and spit it out and the start pouring the hot water and start drinking, you can see all this done in you tube for sure"}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Is this smoked or unsmoked flavour?
