Great waffle maker
I was so happy to see this rotating Belgian waffle maker. I’m so happy I got it. Movers had damaged beyond repair my other waffle iron so I’ve been missing having some waffles. This one is really nice because it does rotate so you can cook both sides very nicely. It didn’t take long for it to heat up and it made the fluffiest with the nicest brown outside and soft inside waffles. It is a little bit bigger, but it makes great waffles and that’s all that matters to me. It really is a great rotating Belgian waffle maker and I would recommend it.

Terrible frame construction and possibly unsafe to operate
Shoddy build quality. The unit’s plastic parts are flimsy, so the unit feels like it’ll flip over entirely while you rotate the iron. There is no lock or audible timer when you rotate the iron, so you need to stabilize it and you need to watch it. The indicator lights for cooking and not-cooking are dim enough that we needed to turn the overhead light out to read them accurately. There is no switch, so you plug it in when you start and unplug it when you’re done. And you definitely need to turn it up a bit to get fully cooked waffles, although the lowest setting does produce excellent Eggo-alikes for freezing.I don’t really think this is safe to operate if you don’t absolutely know what you’re doing, and I don’t trust the plastic housing not to collapse in a fit of pique. It seems to cook waffles better than no waffle maker at all, but this should never be your first choice for the price point.

It’s affordable, but not sure this is worth it
I wanted to like it. But it’s definitely 'you get what you pay for'.It has an entirely plastic shell, including handle, the only thing that isn't are the cook plates. It cooks quickly but has uneven heating as you can see in the picture, specifically around the edges. The light doesn’t even illuminate green when it’s heated to temperature, there’s just this little light that barely lights up. There's no chime or anything to let you know when its done, you just have to guess. While cooking an entire waffle, meaning the batter goes all the way to the sides, for some reason it shoots out steam on the side. It actually shoots out as aggressive as a steam cleaner, and even sounds like one, so be careful. Once you turn it back over the aggressive steam stops. Never seen anything like it.The waffles did not stick. It smells heavily of plastic while it’s heating up, so I suggest opening windows or just do it outside.I wouldn’t gift this or use it unless I had to.

Good overall
I must say that this waffle maker made an absolutely delicious Belgian waffle, after I got the hang of it. Spoiler Alert—I’m admittedly a pretty bad cook overall.Make sure you read the instruction booklet before using it, and make sure you put some vegetable oil on the waffle plates before pouring batter onto them.Anyway, I had to experiment around with it a few times—adjusted the Browning Control Knob a couple times. I also had to experiment with the cooking time—the green light wasn’t always accurate—so I had to cook the waffles a bit longer before they were done. The drip tray came in handy since, of course, I managed to overfill the waffle maker a couple times. It was easy to clean up though. And it’s easy to store—it doesn’t take up much space. One caveat—be careful when you lift up the upper plate to fill the waffle maker—the upper plate seems rather shaky and unstable. I was a bit wary of the upper plate unexpectedly falling down and burning my hand. It didn’t fall, but I was very careful. I wouldn’t let a child use this without direct supervision.Overall, I would advise experimenting around with different settings and times—as well as trying different waffle mixes. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how delicious the waffles are.

Decent Waffle Maker
My grandson is a weighlifter and he eats protein all kinds of ways. One of his favorite is making protein waffles. I decided to get him is own waffle iron. This waffle iron works great for him. The waffle iron seems to be well made. It is a bit lower wattage but it works well for his waffles. Higher wattage models can cost double, so this is a decent price for what it is. Higher wattages can cost double or more.

Fun! Recommended. Brings the breakfast bar to your house
Have loved using these at breakfast bars in hotels … brings back memories of waffle irons we used growing up but with this modern take on the spinning iron. Great addition to the kitchen.

Easy to use and works perfectly
Very simple to use and works great. There are various temperature settings to ge the desired "toasting" on the outside. The non-stick surface is better than expected. It has a drip pan and is simple to clean after use. The price is great.
