Crashes within 1 to 1.5 hours. Tried different dosing but still the same. Feel like the caffeine dosing mentioned in the label is not correct (probably has more than the label says). Not able to complete an hour long workout without crashing badly.

I was looking for a properly dosed pre and this was perfect. But the con was at 30grms which is the dosage you have to take to get all the benefits, has 425 grms of caffeine, which even for a advanced lifter is very high, you probably go crazy if you take two scoops ie: 425gm caffeine. So I ended up taking 1 scoop which is fine it dosent last long but works fine but the con is that if you take half the recommend amount cuz you don't wanna take 400grm caffeine you end up loosing out on all the rest of the composition. They provide you with a extra pack that has PURE caffeine with this which is idiotic. Who tf needs more than 425 grms of caffeine?! What they should've done is toned down the caffeine to about 300odd grms and if you want more you could've added more from the packet provided. Hopefully they're reading this. Also why is there only 4 grms of creatine in 30grms dosage? Atleast 5 grms? It very cheap, so you have to buy creatine.Update:1.it's 450 grms total so of you actually take 30grms in one servings you only get 15 serving. That's around 100rs per serving. Just Fyi,not a criticism.2.The box says consume within one month of opening which imo is just a gimmick to make you use it faster and buy a new box.
